freepdftool.online, operated by the provider located in Poland and reachable at freepdftool@gmail.com (hereinafter "Provider"), offers services through the website freepdftool.online (hereinafter "Website").

The Website offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for creating and processing PDF files (hereinafter "Products"). These Terms of Use apply to all such Products provided on the Website, excluding any separately licensed software or downloadable tools.

These Terms of Use may be updated or changed by the Provider at any time.

2. Scope of Services and Availability

The Products are offered “as-is” and may be modified, limited, or removed at the Provider’s discretion. There is no guarantee of functionality, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. The Provider is under no obligation to accept any user request to use the services.

User-uploaded documents are temporarily stored and automatically deleted from the Provider’s servers after one hour following processing. Users must verify the accuracy and completeness of any processed files. The use of any resulting files is at the user's own risk.

3. Data Responsibility and Sensitive Information

Users are solely responsible for compliance with data protection laws and for not uploading sensitive or protected information, such as:

• Medical records or health-related documents,
• Documents subject to legal or contractual confidentiality,
• Documents used as legal or contractual evidence (excluding voluntary uses like job applications).

The Provider does not assume any liability in these cases.

4. Payment

All Products under these Terms of Use are currently free of charge. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, which would be subject to separate terms.

5. User Obligations

• Users must have the legal right to upload and process documents.
• Content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, racist, or unconstitutional is strictly prohibited.
• Users may not use the service for any activity that violates laws or third-party rights.

6. External Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Provider has no control over the content of these external sites and assumes no responsibility for them.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Products are offered free of charge. Therefore, the Provider limits its liability as follows:

• Liability under Polish product liability law is not affected.
• The Provider is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
• No liability is assumed for minor negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

8. Misuse

Misuse of the Products is prohibited. Examples include:

• Sending files to someone without their consent,
• Using automation tools or scripts,
• Using the service for unsolicited advertisements.

9. Integration into Websites

Products may only be embedded on external websites if they are offered free of charge to visitors. The service must not be resold. Integration on illegal or harmful websites is prohibited.

Modifying integration code (e.g., for layout or format) is allowed, but copyright notices, logos, and links to freepdfool.online must remain visible and intact.

10. Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
